    Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET) was established in 2008 by Alva’s Education Foundation (AEF) and is located in Mangalore, Karnataka. It is a private college and is accredited A+ by NAAC. Further, the college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VIT), Belgaum and is recognised by AICTE and University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. It offers a wide range of degree courses, which include UG and PG. These courses are approved by the AICTE and are designed to be delivered in full-time mode.
