Is AIIMS Bathinda a good option?

<p>It is one of four AIIMS declared by India's Ministry of Healthcare and Family Welfare (MHFW) and has been approved by the Medical Council of India. In July 2014, the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) launched the Institute. Along with six other AIIMS campuses, it subsequently opened for business in 2019 following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's foundation-laying ceremony. It is an autonomous institute and aims to offer high-quality education in the Medical stream, along with healthcare facilities.</p><p>There are currently 50 undergraduate seats available in the Institute's Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program. On 177 acres, AIIMS Bathinda is intended to be an institute combined with a hospital that can house more than 700 beds. The Institute will have more than thirty departments, including general medicine, anatomy, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, microbiology, and physiology. It is a very affordable medical institute and can be considered a good option for medical studies.</p>
