AIIMS Bathinda is a newly established AIIMS whereas AIIMS Delhi is quite old and popular one. With additional faculty and doctors added each year, in near future AIIMS Bathinda expects to become as good and popular as AIIMS Delhi. According to education perspective, both the universities are almost same.

AIIMS Delhi is a highly regarded institute for medical studies. It is well-known and well-established. It was the first AIIMS in India, also been ranked the best medical college in India followed by AIIMS, Bhopal.

AIIMS Bathinda has good academics. Being a new institute teachers invest a lot in students. They genuinely care about studies, so if you enjoy studying, you will have a lot of fun.

However, in terms of reputation and history, AIIMS Delhi surpasses AIIMS Bathinda.
