AIIMS Bhubaneswar admission to MBBS and BSc (Nursing) programme is based on national-level entrance exams such as NEET-UG and AIIMS BSc Nursing Entrance Exam, respectively. The institute offers MBBS and BSc (H) Nursing as part of the academic programmes.

The eligibility criteria for the AIIMS Paramedical 2025 exam will be to secure 50- 55% marks (for General/EWS/OBC) or 45-50% marks (for SC/ST) in 10+2 qualifying exams or equivalent. Students must study English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics (as applicable) in 10+2.
