The eligibility criteria for the AIIMS Paramedical 2025 are 50- 55% marks for general, EWS, and OBC categories and 45-50% marks for reserved categories in Class 12. Mandatory subjects are English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics in 10+2 standard. In addition, AIIMS Bhubaneswar also offers admission to the MBBS and BSc (Nursing) programme through NEET-UG scores and AIIMS BSc Nursing Entrance Exam scores, respectively.
