AKTU is accredited by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). AKTU provides a two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at the postgraduate level. AKTU has MBA programmes on campus through the Institute of Engineering and Technology, the UP Institute of Design, and the Faculty of Management Studies. Applicants for admission to the AKTU Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme must have a graduation GPA of at least 50%. AKTU This course has a total tuition charge of INR 1.19 Lacs for the full term. The course admits 60 students.

MBA is one of the top courses of AKTU. AKTU offers MBA at campus through the Institute of Engineering & Technology, UP Institute of Design and Faculty of Management Studies. Students pursuing MBA from AKTU have a chance of getting placed in top companies. The university conducts placement drive every year. As per media reports, 1,531 students were selected in TCS.
