Is Aliah University good for LL.M? Does the same provide placement?

Yes, the placement and job facility has definitely improved a lot. They had Deloitte and Amazon recently and many other companies in the placement cell. They have very helpful teachers. It has grown a lot in nearly 5-6 years with tremendous facilities.
