Is Allahabad a good place to pursue B.Com? If not, then can you suggest some better place?

It doesn't matter if a place is good or bad for studying. It's just that you have to study properly and try to improve that place by conducting workshop, seminar, conference and many more activities.
Delhi University is good for B.Com but not all colleges.
