Is AMIE approved by AICTE as it is going through a case in Delhi High Court regarding AICTE approval?
Should I take admission in it or not.

AICTE cannot approve AMIE.

As the case is going on, the court has given stay order on the discontinuation of approval. It means, it is still approved by MHRD, but not by AICTE.
