Is Amity a good college for CSE for a student having 16496 OBC category rank in JEE Mains?

No you have good rank and have good chances of getting a government college better than this. Amity is very expensive and it's recognition is lesser than many government colleges.

Yes, you can, but with this rank you may also get admission in NIT and good state government college or 1st apply JEE advance and wait for result after that think about it.

Yes, you can go but Amity is a little costlier so, please go through the fee structure and then decide. It is a good college.
