The university offering distance education must be approved by UGC and DEB.In addition to that for specific courses like PGDM /technical courses, it may be approved by AICTE.

You can check the online list of universities authorized by distance education and online degree.

Couldn't find the University in the list. Only could find in the list from July-2019. So, all the students who enrolled earlier were cheated?
