Yes, Amity University follows a fee refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. The withdrawal application is processed as per the below guidelines:

| If a student withdraws his/her admission up to 15 days post the commencement of the academic session | 80% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit |
| If a student withdraws his/her admission between 16-30 days post the commencement of the academic session | 50% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit |
