Is Amity University-Mumbai good for BTech CSE?

<p style="text-align: justify;">Amity Mumbai offers BTech Computer Science Engineering for a duration of four years. It is one of the popular BTech specialisations opted by many of the students. CSE International and CSE-3 Continent are also offered by Amity Mumbai. Aspirants who wish to get into a good college for Engineering, can opt for BTech CSE at Amity Mumbai.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">After completing the degree, students are open to ample of opportunities. The final placement report is yet to be released for the batch passing out in 2023. However, the University has released the NIRF report 2023 on its official website. According to the NIRF report 2023, <strong>85 BTech</strong> <strong>students</strong>&nbsp;were&nbsp;<strong>placed</strong>&nbsp;during Amity University Mumbai placements 2022. Further, the&nbsp;<strong>median package</strong>&nbsp;offered to&nbsp;<strong>BTech&nbsp;</strong>students during&nbsp; was <strong>INR 6</strong>.</p>

As a current student at Amity University-Mumbai, I do recommend you to join Amity University. Comparing with other universities in Mumbai, the most striking difference is that university is a private university, which are very sparse in Mumbai. This translates to better infrastructure and facilities, happy faculty members, but also a great difference in the course fee, as compared to other Universities. B.Tech in CSE will cost me 10 Lacs+, whereas a BE in CSE (there are no other universities with a B.Tech) in the suburban universities would have costed me around 34 Lacs ( majority of the colleges). Placement wise, it is unpredictable. We guys still don't know whether Amity Mumbai or Amity Noida is responsible for the placements, though with the setting up of a CRC in Mumbai, it is now likely that Amity Mumbai itself might help out the first batch, next year. But all in all, AUM is still in my views, a very good University to study in.
