If you are doing it from NIPER by getting through the tough competitive exam of NIPER, you have many chances of direct placement in MNCs. But B.Pharma from any other private university by paid seat is all the same. You will be treated no special irrespective of the university from which you have completed B.Pharma. NIPER is an exception as per me because I knew many people in my 1st company, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Mohali who were placed at a very handsome package from NIPER but mind you they all were either MS or M.Pharma. So, better go through the details of NIPER from internet and start preparing accordingly. .
