Hi,
One of the best colleges in India you can get into for hotel management are the IHMs, which are under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. There are private colleges too, but in terms of placement and brand name, obviously the government colleges are better. In order, there's IHM New Delhi, IHM Mumbai, IHM Kolkata, IHM Bangalore, IHM Chennai, DIHM, etc.
Amity is a good choice in case you opt for private universities, however as mentioned below it is truly quite expensive. -
