Amity University has been established by an act of State Legislature and recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) through the Act of State Legislature. Recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and also approved by UGC DEB. Yes, as per my knowledge Amity is approved by UGC and DEB.
