Is Amrita a good choice as compared to IITs (QS ranking is 168) for UG engineering?

Of course, Amrita is quite a good one but IIT's were considered as the institutes of national importance.
Also, reputation and opportunities were high in IIT's
so it's completely your decision as per your interest and situation.
