Yes and you can avail the education loan in the leading banks like HDFC , Axis, Dhanlakshmi, SBI .etc

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University) was conferred the “University” status under “Section 3 of UGC Act 1956” by the Government of India in 2003. I can't answer your further question, it's not clear to me.
