Is an IT qualification( B.Tech, BCA, MCA degree) mandatory/useful for more opportunities/ growth in the Banking/ Finance related career?
Pursuing BBA 2nd year. I want to join the BFSI sector in future. Should I opt for an MCA and then MBA in Finance after BBA or should I go for Banking exams after BBA and later MBA in Finance?

Its IT knowledge rather then the IT qualification which would be useful in your career in Banking & Finance. You should pursue MBA-Finance after BBA but simultaneously keep yourself upfront by doing certification courses in MS Excel, Data Base Management system, MIS and SAP-FICO. You do not have to
