Yes, an M.Sc. Student is eligible to apply for the SSC JHT exam. However, there are certain conditions, which are:
1. English must be a compulsory or elective subject or the medium of an examination if he or she has an M.Sc. In Hindi medium of study.
2. Hindi must be a compulsory or elective sub

Eligibility Criteria for SSC JHT Exam:
Deaf and hard of hearing
Locomotor disability, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy. Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness. Multiple disabilities.
