Is an MBA (HR) through distance learning eligible for jobs in the government sector
I have done MBA (HR) distance learning and looking for opportunity as HR/Recruiter in Government sector especially in DMRC or Indian Railways. Please advice.

Dear Anil,
Unfortunately in Indian Railway there is no such independent function like corporate. The best way you can do is prepare for Civil Services and qualify yourself for indian Railway Services
on the basis of this, seeing your qualification, the Government pay give you posting in appropriate

FOr raiways yoiu will have to keep an eye on the forms as by the time form comes in the markets for some posts in railways .

better would be employment news paper, where you will find almost all the govt openings.
