    Yes, an online MCA degree is valid. Recruiters are interested in candidates' knowledge and skill set rather than the format in which the degree was earned. As long as you do an online MCA course from a reputable institution with proper accreditation, such as UGC, employers value it just as a traditional on-campus degree.
