Is anaesthesia Diploma done from India valid in America?

I have completed my 12 in medical stream and now I am thinking about anasthesia Diploma but I have to go to foreign after this Diploma so I want to ask that is it valid in America?

A Diploma in Anesthesia obtained from India may not be directly valid in the United States due to differences in medical education standards, licensing requirements, and clinical practice regulations. To practice as an anesthetist or anesthesiologist in the U.S., candidates generally need to complete a degree from an accredited programme recognised by American boards and pass specific exams, such as the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) or other licensure requirements.
