Is Anand Engineering College, Agra and Hindustan College, Agra good for B.Tech?

They are good for engineering but you can find better. The college is mainly filled up with people who are not interested to leave Agra, thus you will find a lot of localities there. You can find better colleges if you prepare better.
But, these two are also good. But, not the best.
