i want to prepare for ips from degree level like IIT-jee given from +1 in corporate sector.Is it possible then send me the details

Yes you can get coaching for IPS,
but not from college, few private institutes are providing quality coaching in UPSC examinations,
for coaching center in your region pls address from you are belonging,
