Hi Saurabh, As very rightly stated by Aru, if you are a resident of Nepal then you have to get a work permit to work in India, which can either be secured by you or by the Company you are going to work for but in both the cases you need to have a job in hand. Your degree definitely would be valid

THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH DEGREES.BUT THE RECRUITMENT POLICY OF THE RESPECTIVE GOVERNMENTS IS TO BE ASCERTAINED FIRST.THERE IS SEPARATE RESERVATION POLICY FOR EACH STATE.
