Is any student with physics, chemistry and biology eligible for BE biotechnology?

Hi, For any BE course, you need to have Maths, as these courses come under engineering and Maths is a must in here. If a student has all PCMB, then he or she is completely eligible for BE Biotechnology or any engineering course. Unless and until you don't have a good score. Thank you.
