Yes agree with Neeraj, Technical education through distance mode is not a valid one. If some are offering them it surely a fake

You can join AMIE trhorgh Institution of engineers INDIA in distance mode but its equivalent to B.tech

As per my search I could not find any college offering B.E. / B.Tech mining engineering through correspondence mode. But, to help you, below is the list of colleges offering it through regular mode.
- Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP)
- College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG)
