Is Apeejay Stya University a good university?
I got an offer letter from for this university for B.Tech+ M.Tech biotechnology in 15 Lacs & an assurance of good placement.

Biotechnology is a growing field and too much to ask for placement even in top colleges like IITs. So, certainly placement thought is either a fake or a bluff, but if you are paying that punt try to go for colleges in Bangalore or Pune and seek non biotech branches, through management quota
and Don't do dual degree, if not from a very good college.
