Is applied msc applied electronics a good course and its scope?

I have written my bsc physics final semester and waiting for results.am confused whether to choose msc physics or msc applied electronics.could anyone guide me.whats the scope in both the physics and applied electronics?

You can say that there is less job option in this line , you only make carer in teaching line and you have to do Ph.D in this line to make better future
