    Athena School of Management is a great place to study, located in Powai, Mumbai. It is one of the Top Emerging Business Schools of India. You can choose Athena because of the pragmatic knowledge they provide here as well as the scope for developing ones personality is high by being the part of diverse societies and activities is enormous by conducting various events here.     Athena School of Management is one of the best B-schools. You can choose athena over other b-schools because of the practical and case studies based learning and many opportunities of management experience they provide here. You will also be provided with various opportunities of multiple International as well as Indian internships, and many students also get pre-placement offers after completion of their Internships. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the PGPM/ MBA course at ISME Bangalore and Athena School of Management are almost similar, in which candidates must complete their graduation with decent scores. Moreover, for the selection process, the accepted entrance varies from college to college:

  • Accepted Entrance Exam for PGPM at Athena School of Management: GMAT/ NMAT by GMAC/ CAT/ Athena Scholastic Ability Test. 
  • Accepted Entrance Exam for MBA at ISME Bangalore: CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ Other. 

Further, GD&PI are common selection processes at both colleges.

The total seat intake for the PGPM/ MBA course at Athena School of Management is 120. To get a seat in this programme, applicants must first complete the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., complete graduation with decent scores. Moreover, for the selection process, the school accepts  GMAT/ NMAT by GMAC/ CAT scores, followed by a GD & PI/ counselling. In case an applicant has not taken any of the entrance exams, they can take the ASAT - Athena Scholastic Ability Test.

Moreover, the fees of the course are non-refundable under any circumstances. No, NMAT is not compulsory for admission to the MBA/PGPM programme at Athena School of Management (Mumbai).

Athena follows a profile-based admission process, which means your overall profile — academics, communication skills, achievements, and interview performance — carries more weight than just test scores.

You can apply with scores from NMAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT, or GRE, but if you haven't taken any of these, you can appear for ASAT (Athena Scholastic Aptitude Test), which is the institute's own entrance exam.

This gives flexibility to students who don't have NMAT or CAT scores but still want to pursue a management degree.
