Most colleges have a different provision for admission, functioning etc. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Yes, a minimum of 75%. There are marks for attendance. If one fails to attend at least 75% classes for each subject he/she has to pay condonation fees. And if one's attendance is below 60% in any subject, library hours comes to the rescue. If the condition is very bad then that student might get debarred for that semester.
