Is B.Com(A&F) from IGNOU an degree equivalent to 2.2 British Bachelor Degree standard?

I'm a CA Final Student Doing B.com From Ignou.I already have 2 years of work experience in field of Taxation,Auditing and Financial Management.Is Degree from Ignou enough from Doing MBA Abroad?
