Sima yess its eligible for any exam its recognised by ugc other option is ignou nd well reputed

Check whether UGC-AICTE-DEC has given approval to that course or not. s per MHRD and UGC technical educational can not be carried out under distance education and hence it is not valid for any government post.
I suggest you not to opt for technical course under distance education, do regular degree
