No, Both the degrees are different. As they have different courses to teach. In B.com (hons) they focuses more on cost management, human resource, export management, etc. But B.com Finance and accounting focuses more on Taxation, auditing, cost accounting,etc. Basically BAF degree focuses more on CA

B.Com(Hons.) is a standard commerce degree offered by majority of universities, whereas B.Com finance and accounting syllabus is designed for students who aspire to be Charted Accountant. Syllabus overlaps with CA syllabus.
