Is B.Com in accounting and finance based on chartered accountancy?
My +2 marks will be more than 110.

Good afternoon dear,
Yes, it's almost similar.
But if you opt for B.Com (Hons) the course will be same.
Also, it will help you to prepare easily the two courses in one go.

Some of the subject syllabus is same as CA, but the level at which they are taught in CA is highest. You may same wording and chapter, but they are of different level in CA.

Not at all. Being a chartered accountant is way tougher than the B.Com regular course.
