Doing B.Com with CS is good. It is not a bad idea concentrate on your company secretary studies so that you can do B.Com at the same time as you are doing CS you must know about what are the steps of CS studies first is Foundation level 2nd level is executive level after executive level you need to

It is recommended that you do graduation with any professional course be it is CS or any other course. And yes, it is a good combination.
