Is B.Com with economics as a subject combination available? Can we do any higher studies related to economics after B.Com(Hons.) in account?

Yes, you can do it. If you get admission in B.Com honours and opt for economics as your optional subject for 4 semesters consecutively then you get a minor degree in economics as well which will help you in doing Master's degree in the same afterwards.
