Is B.E civil engineering offered through distance mode are recognized by DEC or AICTE?

Dear Senthil,
If you are planning to pursue from good recognised institute, then the courses will be approved. Some of the institutes you can try for are:
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Saket, Delhi

No it is not recognized by AICTE and DEC because as per AICTE or UGC rule no student can do this program and no university can provide this type of program but today many university provide distance B tech but all are fake and have no value so be aware of this , many candidate do this program and af
