The teaching jobs are divided in two categories:-
1. Schools
2. Colleges
As a school teacher, you are required to be B.Ed. but if you are only graduate then you will not progress beyond PRT (primary) post. In schools, further posts are TGT(middle & high school) and PGT (higher secondary) posts for

Higher education always is preferable over simple graduates. A master's can give you the edge over the competition in the job market.
You should pursue a master's if you are passionate for the subject or a step up in a particular sector. It's also important that the master's is highly relevant

You can do higher studies like post graduation in your stream and M.Ed, M.Phil which is added asset in your career. Let me tell you education is never a full stop in our day to day activity. We study higher and higher to acquire good knowledge.
