Hi,
B.ED is necessary after BCA if you wish to be a teacher in school, then crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions for B.ED are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 patt

First decide in which line u wanted to go. If u want to become a school teacher then yes B.Ed. is necessary, If u want to work in industry then Getting Degree is not enough and selecting a career option is now a days is very tough job as well. No both are different course after BCA you can do MSC or MCA for make better future , Bed for get teaching job in school
