Please understand, any course can not be equivalent to any central or state government job. Course is a pert of education you are pursuing or you want to pursue. Central/state/Corporate job can not be compared with any education. Particular education can be the eligibility criteria for Central/state/Corporate level job. Say, B.Ed is the eligibility criteria to become a teacher in central government schools, so you become a central government employee. But B.Ed can not be considered as equivalent to central government job. Hope the answer to the or part of your question is clear, now coming to the first so yes it is approved by UGC.

B.Ed or Acharya of Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha is approved by UGC or equivalent to central government jobs, and also students are pursuing this course more than the previous years, so the growth opportunities are more in this course.
