However, to ensure eligibility for teaching positions in Odisha, individuals holding certificates from universities like Andhra University or Acharya Nagarjuna University must undergo and successfully pass the Odisha Teachers' Eligibility Test (OTET) for elementary level teaching or the Odisha Secondary School Teachers' Eligibility Test (OSSTET) for secondary level teaching. These tests are a mandatory requirement to validate their competence and suitability for teaching roles within the state.</p>
