is b.rch better option than interior designing?

The reply to such questions would be more of personal opinions. However B.Arch covers up some aspects of Interiror designing and so I would go for B.Arch instead of just Interiror designing if time & circumstances permit me.

as far as my knowledge is concerned both are the two sides of same coin. interior designing is an integral part / specialisation in b arch.
