    If a student chooses to withdraw from BSc at RGITBT, their fees will be refunded to them based on the following UGC guidelines for fee refund:

    Percentage of Fee RefundPoint of time when notice of withdrawal of admission is submitted to the University
    100% (after deducting INR 5,000 on account of processing fee)15 days or more, before the formally-notified last date of submission
    90%Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of submission
    80%15 days or less, after the formally-notified last date of submission
    50%30 days or less, after the formally-notified last date of submission
    0%More than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of submission
