If a student chooses to withdraw from BSc at RGITBT, their fees will be refunded to them based on the following UGC guidelines for fee refund:

Percentage of Fee Refund	Point of time when notice of withdrawal of admission is submitted to the University
100% (after deducting INR 5,000 on account of processing fee)	15 days or more, before the formally-notified last date of submission
90%	Less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of submission
80%	15 days or less, after the formally-notified last date of submission
50%	30 days or less, after the formally-notified last date of submission
0%	More than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of submission
