Is B.Sc Hons in Electronics & Communication Engineering equivalent to B.Tech?

No, both are different from each other and can't be equivalent. B.Tech stands for Bachelor in Technology. where as B.Sc stands for Bachelor of Science and it is 3 year UG course.

Well B.sc is not equivalent to B.tech, but if you pursue your M.sc in electronics after that you are eligible to take admission in M.tech.
