B.Tech CSE is superior degree in comparison to B.Sc IT and is most accepted degree in Indian IT industry. With B.Sc IT, you will get tester or junior developer roles whereas with B.Tech CSE, you will get good Developer job in large IT companies or MNCs. In order to have meaningful career, you will have to do M.Sc IT.

    Hi,
As per your query, after doing B.Sc, you have better idea about the stream that you had selected & there is more chance of research work as well as enhancing the skills. It gives you insight view of subject & reasoning of it. Mostly, after B.Sc, every one prefers M.Sc for better opportunity & knowledge. So, recall yourself & decide.
    All the best.
