Is B.Sc in medical same as MBBS?

Hi Dear,
B.Sc is much more different than MBBS. B.Sc is the general Bachlor degree in Science stream, whereas MBBS is a specialised degree program with Medicine and Surgery. The duration for B.Sc is 3 years whereas for MBBS its 4.5 years. -
No, B.Sc Medical and MBBS are not same. B.Sc is a Pass course of 3 years. MBBS is a professional course of 5.5 years.
After B.Sc, you need to go for M.Sc or related Masters course but after MBBS you start your own practice or go for a job.
These days, medical Science students also are going for B.Tech (Biotech/ Food tech).
There are many good universities offering wide range of courses for Medical students. Most of these courses have bright future prospects and even the universities like LPU, Sharda, Amity etc offer good placements to their students from most of the fields.
