Hi Dear,
B.Sc is much more different than MBBS. B.Sc is the general Bachlor degree in Science stream, whereas MBBS is a specialised degree program with Medicine and Surgery. The duration for B.Sc is 3 years whereas for MBBS its 4.5 years.

No, B.Sc Medical and MBBS are not same. B.Sc is a Pass course of 3 years. MBBS is a professional course of 5.5 years.
After B.Sc, you need to go for M.Sc or related Masters course but after MBBS you start your own practice or go for a job.
These days, medical Science students also are going for B.Te
