Any course from institutions like IIT / NIT is worth time and money. This combination of B.Sc. + M.Sc. From IIT / NIT is definitely a good thing to have.

Yes, Ofcourse. It doesnot matter where you have been coming from rather where you are going matters a lot. It's great if you are getting into M.Sc. In the IITs, NITs etc. I can say also there is an integrated course in some IISERs and NISERs in which one can do both B.Sc. And M.Sc. In an integrated
