B.Tech grads from ordinary colleges struggle to find good job because most of them are non-employable. But grads from good Engineering colleges have good placement. You must take your decision based on college and branch in which are taking admission and also comparison with other options you have w

My previous answer was on Bachelor's in Auyrveda Medical Science. BA Mass Communication and BA Media and Mass Communication are similar degrees with minor differences in few electives.
