Is B.Tech at Shoolini University better than Bahra University?

<p>Hi, Both these universities are located in Solan and offer the four year BTech programme across multiple specialisations. While the current and past students of Shoolini University have rated it 4.3/5 on Shiksha, those of Bahra have rated it 3.2/5 in their reviews on Shiksha.
